About Me
I've been an editor at Da Capo Press, the Guggenheim Museum, ESPN The Magazine, The Mitchell Rose Literary Agency, The Oxford American, The Sun, and the University of North Carolina. My own writing has appeared in Ploughshares, The San Francisco Chronicle, The Malahat Review, Arts & Letters, The Sun, The Oxford American (and The OA Book of Great Music Writing), and elsewhere. I am an animal and nature lover, and some of my best friends are cats. I recently collaborated with Brian Buckbee on his memoir (forthcoming from Tin House).
